        Hi,

Greetings to all parents in RVPS. I am an old girl from the school and is considering to enrol my son for 2015 intake. Saw from RVPS website that the school just clinched the Distinction award for 2013 from MOE. Happy for them!

By the way, just checking around - does your kids love or rather enjoy the school? Also in your opinion, how do you think is the standard of the schools as compared to others? I mean in terms of teaching methods/structure and etc…Many thanks!!!

          Hi

My boy is in P1 this year, he enjoys going to school
RVPS system is very good for Pri 1 as the afternoon session only the P1s
the kids are very well taken care of
so far the form teachers for P1 are mostly very caring

The homework are manageable unless in Higher Chinese there are more writing to practise

There are quite a few assessment per term for P1 even though no tests :please:

Thank you so much for the comment. 🙂 May I know what time does the afternoon session end?

My DD is going to P1 next year. Just got the the booklists. Like to ask the existing parents, do I need to buy all the textbooks, files indicated? All the stuffs for ART class need to get too? Do anyone know where to get the uniform beside from the school? Are the textbooks available at Popular too?

Hi Swatch, I bought all the books and files. As for the Arts kit, I only bought the book because I had the drawing materials at home. Most of the books can be found in popular, but price differ slightly for some. Can't remember where to get the uniform beside the school.

Hope your DD enjoy her next milestone !

Hello! I'm wondering if any parent with kids in Primary One can share where the kids are for the various subjects at the moment, especially for Chinese and Mathematics. We are overseas and I'm working hard to narrow the gap so that returning to RV will not be too traumatising 😂
