Hi bezzlay, saw ur much earlier post n u mentioned abt model pupil n captain reward. My son received the model pupil badge yesterday for term 1, do u have any idea whether does he put on for this yr only or throughout 6 yrs? Can they receive it in p2 again if they maintain gd results? But does that mean another same badge to put on? Thks…

Congratulations! My son received Best Captain in term1 last year and he also received Model Pupil on Thursday. There will be one BC and MP every term, to encourage pupils to have good conduct and leadership not so much on academic performance. I guess its part of holistic development. I let my DS wears for the next term, then I will stop and display it in our cabinet. Its really up to you how long you want to wear it.

Congrats to u too Bezzlay! Your son must be very well behaved to receive in both yrs. Can u ask u if term 1 got MP, can still eligible for BC next 3 terms? But understand need to be appointed as group leader first in order to be eligible for BC right? Do you have any idea if the FT will select new group leader for new term?

I am not so sure, but I think quite unlikely cos the FT wants to give other children a chance too. Yeah, BC is for the best leader so they need to be one of the leaders first. I think the teacher might not reselect but I cannot be sure. Yes, I am in PSG. Are you? If not, good to be in.
