Does anyone know if it's true that Swimming lessons from the school is compulsory at P4 or P5, unless the child has cert to prove that he has attained certain level of swimming competancy?

Hi pinkie, swimming is not compulsory in KHS. It is a CCA option.

Does anyone knows if RS transport will provide transport for the enrichment classes in School during school holidays?

I had checked with my school bus uncle however he can't We got to make our own arrangments..Let me know if yours can

I dun think there will be any RS transport during school holiday.

Since the enrichment course is not compulsory, my DD opts not to go.

My DD2 will be going for the table tennis lessons twice a week; guess we will have to drive her there; wonder if i can wait for her in sch especially for the first lesson ?

Wen22, any queries are welcomed. Since they're renovating the old site at Guillemard Rd (just received note fr principal that work will only start mid this yr) ; they should shift back in 2012. ur kid will be so lucky to enjoy the new sch compound - DD2 (P1) was looking forward to the increased no. of food stalls in new canteen !

Btw, aft fetching DD2 fr her table tennis lesson, we had lunch at the hawker centre opp the sch. The mee siam and laksa (chinese stall) were very yummy !! The mee siam is one of the best I’ve tried - just like the kind I used to eat when I was young !! The laksa was tasty though a tad too oily and salty. Will go again next week !! got hooked already…
