It's important to send our kids to a good school (though may not be a top sch), 'cos from my DD1's experience in SEC 1 now. Eg Her SEC 1 biology teacher asked class to use mind map to hand up an assignment, taken for granted that everyone knows what is mind mapping. Most schools like KSH engage outside agencies to conduct mind-mapping courses but some \"neighbourhood\" schools (sorry if I offend anyone) did not conduct these courses and a few of my DD1's classmates don't even know what is a mind map and has to quickly learn from the others - disadvantaged.

I personally went to Dakota MRT to check it out. It really is very near to school & no need to cross any road, 1 straight road abt 3-5mins walk to school. Really happy abt that cos it takes abt 20mins train ride from my place to Dakota. Maybe i can send her to school personally b4 gg to work if school bus is too early. Lets see...still accessing...

My DD2 said MUST go, so got no choice - at least it's at the school which is quite near my house. Hopefully the weather's good.

Wonder if the Principal will take this opportunity to put up some pictures/ plans for the new KHS. Didn't even know what's the progress of the new KSH - seemed not much activity from outside. Anybody staying near by can comment ? Hope can shift back next yr :xedfingers:

Everyone is facing INFLATION 24/7! from school's canteen foods & drinks to the latest GE's deposit! This is the worst inflation that I have seen so far, sorry for venting it here.
