Actually its everyone guessing game. We have left out those who use parent's address to enrol their kids. Though they fall under 1-2km 2B but they are also part of the 60 odds applicants.

More than 60 as today is still the registration day. Those not successful in ballots can choose to remain to ballot at phase 2C with a larger pool of applicants.

I think not just 2 ballots try fr Singaporean in Phase 2C but also 2B i believe.

looks like many parents will have to chill out and find the next best alternative or stay put in Ph2C for another chance.

They mentioned annoucement on whether to have balloting on Thursday via MOE website…so don’t have to wait till Thursday to know, its confirmed balloting is needed? means all under this phase 2B need to be balloted? will PV or clan given higher chance or both share the same chance? worried…

Ph2B include PV, clan and grassroot members. They all have same priorities. The differentiating factor is the distance from school.

i dont think is easy to get the SHHK recommendation letter these days from what i heard. It involves years of membership and long hours of volunteering work. For some that i heard the volunteering hours are even more than PV. so dont think getting the kid to the music class will help to be frank.

Based on the ballot history, probably those going for balloting will be those >1km. So not all need to ballot, just my guess.
