(According to the previous balloting records)
56-47=9 (<1km)
Still have the chance to get a seat in KH during phase 2C balloting
69-56=13 (>1km)
Maybe no chance if the balloting will be conducted during 1km in phase 2C -
Junemum72@ i don’t look at it that way. I will be applying for my DS1 in phase 2C (<1km), thus the other 13 nos. makes no difference to me.
I agree with CCV, chances are in phase 2C, balloting will conducted for <1km. So those staying >1km can forget about applying in 2C.
