Just wondering how does one qualify to get referral letter from SBF? Not that it matters to me since my son already confirmed a place, just curious.

For phase 2c, balloting normally conducted for SC within 1km based on past history.

Out of 21 , 17 gt in thru balloting.

Hi dymkoh,

Based on the balloting history, if you are SC <1km, you can try in phase 2C but it will almost certainly be balloting.
If you are SC >1km or PR, better start hunting for other alternatives early.
