i intend to buy just one set new PE kit, cos ds1 needs another set anyway. so there will be some days he wear old one, some days wear new one. quite nice… haha. more variety.

for the shoes, his current pair is very tattered already so i intend to buy new black shoes and socks anyway.

when will they give out schedule for buying books and uniform, do you know?

and for the new timetable, i think it is better for the P1-2. past 2 yrs my son always waste 1 h waiting around to have CCA and the CCA ends so late at 5.30pm.

for p3 new timetable, is there any change from your dd’s current one? i have no comparison, dunno if it’s any different?

Yeah, think they have not give the booklist as well as the uniform order list :? :scratchhead: DD1 only came back with Report Book

Agrees regarding the CCA part - my DD1 always use that one hour for tea-break and does homework before CCA commences at 4.00pm.

Think there isn't much change to the P3 timetable next year against the current one. So, now seem that CCA is compulsory for P3 onwards whereas this year it is still P4 onwards

thanks sista champ for uploading and i am quite happy to read the bus fares and also they included that cca timings are included and its not extra.. thank goodness...
i liked the idea or black shoes and socks but for time being i might not buy any new sets see how later in the year.. i loved the new timetable also.

I also prefer black shoes & socks :love: Will get new set for DD1 as her skirt length is above the knee-cap and I don't want Mrs. Kwek comes running after her :dowan:

haha, my son also very scared of Mrs Kwek. But I think she’s very effective. Stern and strict/ firm but can be nice and understanding.


btw, i received the booklist and name tag order form today. they need me to fill in how many sets of name tags i want…

the problem is, i don’t know!

can i check, did your teacher inform you about the name tags? cos i didn’t hear anything about it (apart from the Orientation for P1s) and suddenly there is this order form. so the PE tees need name tag or not?

cos if only shirts need, then i only need 1 set as 1 set has 5 name tags (stated in form). but if all PE tees also need, then i probably need more?

anyone knows?

I was thinking of buying 1 set cause thought should be enough oredi.. i dont think they need name tag for shorts?

hahaha, yes lkvm, i have more than 5 shirts and PE tees. P1 bought 3 pe tees, 2 shirts. P2 bought 2 more shirts, 1 more PE tee. but ds1 still wears the smaller sized dirtier P1 shirts sometimes...

i guess i would order just 1 set first and not put the tags on the older ones. only if some emergency happened and all the 5 ran out or are dirty/ lost then we will use the older shirts without name tags. will he get into trouble for that??

I also having the same question when DD1 filled in the form ...and the collection of the name tag will be informed at a later stage to us via sms or phone-call, I think....

So, in order not to make multiple trips to school to buy textbooks & uniforms and later go back to collect the name tag - I was thinking to do ALL in one in Mid-Dec or maybe end Dec!

Both DDs were like :shock: and said,\" Huh, Why so late, Mummy? Later all the textbooks and uniforms and black school shoes sold out how?\" Oh, I :faint:
