Hi ! Does anyone has any latest information from new school bus company? If yes, I would like to see if there’s any comments about the pick up place or timing etc?

Hi, I got the info on 31 Dec 11. This bus company really not very professional really mess up. So so late then provided information. Timing is 10 min earlier then the previous as they mention the school is asking them to go to school earlier. I still not happy is the pricing they provide me as they telling me is more than 1.5km but when i reconfirm in the street directory is less than 1.5km. Is the measurement base on the pickup point or the block you stay? :mad: :mad: :mad:

Hi, I got the info on 31 Dec 11. This bus company really not very professional really mess up. So so late then provided information. Hello, skyozone! :thankyou: so much for the help. Call the person in-charge yesterday at around 5.30pm and they told me the pick-up time is 7am and at the bus-stop!

This morning went to the bus-stop at 7am sharp and school bus came at 7.15am. :shock: :shock: to see that the bus was already packed with no empty seats! There were at least 10 students waiting in the same bus-stop as my 2 DD so a few students were made to stand! :stompfeet: :stompfeet: School is only another bus-stop away from school and i was shocked later to find out that this school bus (Bus No. CP10) did not go straight to school but picked up a few more students near West Grove Primary and Pioneer Mall area! :frustrated: :frustrated:

File a complain at the general office and there were at least 20 parents there too!

The drop off is worst as we were told to that the drop off is at 2pm but end up bus arrived at 3.30pm, putting the last group to alight. One of the student grand-mom called me telling me this which made me very angry. I called the general office to file a complain too. This really too much of what a professional service they have provide. Understand from the student care center that the bus had mix up with the school at Pioneer Pri School which using the same bus service. As one of the student that stay in Taman Jurong taking the bus that send student using neighbouring bus like our bus. I not sure whether is the bus my DD took, don't really heard clearing of my teacher mention. :mad: :mad: :mad:
