Do the child need to wear the name badge. I had mislocated the card given by school.

Didn't mentioned in the list but i think good to have.

School bag is around 4kg, a bit heavy for my daughter size. I think I will bring her to school instead of waiting for school bus operator to return call.

Finally received their call @10pm ! But don’t know what time can reach home. How should I ask my maid to fetch my daughter ? Any idea ? please advise ?

I am so much disappointed by transport service as they did’nt even call and we were waiting like a crazy for these two days.Further more their phone numbers given by school are also not connecting.

Now early morning I will take a taxi and drop my daughter to school.
So frustrated!!! I will definatly complain at school office!!!

Oh well done msyu,as we are totally new here and to Juying also so i am so worried what after school my daughter will do?how she will come back and for me with one more child in preschool also its so difficult to go again in afternoon to bring her back home:((

until 10am still got long queue to enquiry for bus services. That bus company only bring 2 staff to help parents. Parents are queuing since 7am++ in the morning.


They didn’t tell us why they didn’t answer the call for the past 2 days. May be that’s not the main part but how can we trust them in future ? Do they still act ignorance in the future ? later on I will ask them…

Oh I was also there in the queue,but got free soon as I was there at 7:15 am exact.Now transporter over there told that on the way back he will bring my daughter but I m bit worried as in the morning also I took her by taxi:(

finally reach home around 2:45pm. Thanks for the parents help and feed back to school about our feelings and concerns. At least we do something. Some parents volunteer to be the bus attendance. Thanks again.

Hi MSYU, you are lucky, my son reached student care around 4.pm. what the lousy service provided by this tpt co!!!!!!

i tried to call the vendor and totally no pick up from them! even the address shows in d website is not updated!!!! they are MOVED!!!!!!
please parents, voice up to SCHOOL!!!!!
please school, take action on this issue!!!!!! who will take the responsiblity if stg hpd seriously!!!!!

Friends can any one please tell me how to contact class teacher,I have very important issue to discuss with her and want to talk to her personally or on phone!!! My daughter is new admission here so I don’t know these kind of things.

Will greatly appriciate if somebody will help.Please!!
