Parents with kids who have gone thru at least 1 yr of science lessons in Hong Wen, do the teachers provide notes to supplement the science text book?

Ya.. I'm curious to know also. Even though have 4 textbooks but the 4 is kinda thin.. Can use for 2 years meh (P3 & P4).

Hong Wen is using i-Science textbks, there are two parent’s guides, one for P3/P4 and another is for P5/P6, in the i-Science series, did anyone purchase it? Is it useful?

Didn’t know that I science have parent’s guide. Will go to popular and see. DD’s science workbook "Interactions" & "Systems " is inside her bag since Day 1…


Everyday ask her why it is still inside your bag… her answer is forever… I don’t know teacher never collect from us. P3 already still sleeping mode.

BTW... how do u parents found out the so called top class in HWS? Cos seem like the school have a super tight lip on this topic. Me still blur blur. Can anyone tell me or not. If not PM me also can

Agree with you, the classes that need to buy Charlotte's web should be the top classes. If you need to know which is the topmost, just ask your girl to find out which class the top few in class go to.

While it's generally kept under wraps, at end of the year, within the class they will still announce who is the top few kids of that class.

if you want to know for the past, then start counting kids in the yearbook pictures. but those would be outdated because the year would be over and the class may be split again (not sure if P3 will change class or have to wait till P5).
