Any parents traveling from Punggol or nearby whom are looking for transportation or could help to fetch our kid? I would like to engage a private bus / car pool services for my boy entering P1 near year. I may be able to send him to school but fetching would be a challenge. Please PM me.

Hi Parents. Heard that some schools had ranking and prize giving for P1 after 2nd semester … wondering if HWS has such practice? Thought usually it starts from P2?

You mean after the 2nd half of the year? Across all levels, whilst marks are computed, there is no comparison in HWS. Only top 3 in class or top 10 in standard at end of the year will know - and within that no clue as to who is higher than another. Former group will get a nice cert in class and the latter will get a certificate and popular voucher during prize giving ceremony.

I would say this is a very holistic environment. If your child gets, take it as encouragement.

Do you mean parents who are applying to be PV in HWS? Have you tried calling the school?

Yes I called the school and the staff said 3rd week Jul. Quite late.

Does anyone knows the std dev and mean for each subject for P5? Called the school but they refused to share this statistics while other schools are very open about it and even published it in the report book.
