Yup, I just chop everything and wait to find out what I manage to get :lol:

All during school hours, so hubby will have to PV and apply leave to PV

I went and i was so blur, but luckily the Pro-teach teachers are kind enough to bring ALL P1 students around the school and asked them to write their top 3 faviourite CCA in order for them to chose.

hi, if my son gets into HW next year, may consider to put him in e after school care. Can advise what are the Pro-teach charges?

you can register during Nov or Dec before your child starts P1 in Jan the nxt yr if u want reserve a place.

i’m actually a SAHM staying in Toa Payoh…
as i’m not local and DH’s old school no longer around…
so no matter which school we apply sure in phase 2C…

PCPS in TPY definitely difficult to get in…
so DH is thinking of HWS coz of its good reputation…
most likely will be registering for PV come this Apr…
btw, my DS is born in 2006, register 2012 for P1 in 2013…

after reading the whole thread…realised that 2010 top score was 260…
sounds good to me…how abt 2009 n 2008 ??

also all the mummies here seems very united and very concerned…

and lionheart is PSG from HWS ??
u r very concerned and really listened to us parents…

i like it coz as a chinese, we shouldn’t forget our root…
but what abt english ?? it’s equally important too…

I'm PVing at HWS hoping to get into the school via phase 2B this year. Suggest you check with the school to check if there's a dateline for PV registration this year. It's always better to be safe than sorry. If I'm not wrong, the PV application for PCPS would have been closed by now.

I'm not in HWS system yet, so the rest of your questions, I will leave to other mummies with kids in the school to answer

Different schools have different closing dates, I know of another school which has an even earlier dateline then PCPS :lol: . It's something I wanted to feedback to MOE because the MOE website does not state this clearly.

There's no interview, they welcome all who wish to have a chance at phase 2B :lol: . At least this is the situation under the current P.

BTW, you will not find any other infor about PSLE results. It's not publicized
