If can get morning traffic warden duties, then don't have to take leave. School starts at 7:30am so your duty will likely be over by then...plenty of time to get to work.

if still have leave to bring over will be great but whatif really use up? aiya forgotten to ask whether can 2 parents to clock in 40hr or not?

know that SAHM is not easy too, is like working 25hrs per day yo... wonder how come parent(s) is able to fork out time to do PV?

if me is working nearby HW, me will do that too... save lots of leave n time for travel...

Yes hubby can help to clock hrs too. I'm going to give birth to my 3rd one soon, so my hubby will help me to clock, if he can, during my confinement period. U just need to let the PIC know the details.

Tip for you. watch out for the mid autumn one. First year I was doing the work, they needed so many pp that both hubby and wife can clock together at same event (2 pp turn up lah). not sure if they will allow that if more and more pp do pv work.

The excitment of registration will be from phase 2B onwards. I hope the historic trend still holds and that there's no balloting for this phase :xedfingers:


There will be logistics nightmare when the 3rd one is born. That's why I start to outsource certain stuff, like school bus for kids to kindergarten, cleaning aunty once per week, holiday camps for the kids during their hols.......so that hopefully I will still have time for all of them and myself.

Any parents here manage to get a slot for the P5 camp fire on 21 and 22 Jul? more slots opened up, as initially was 10 vacancy.


Today received a mail about wrapping library books but only 3 slots.

Maybe we can update each other in future about activities so that we can all try to clock the hours faster.

Only 139 left by 2A2 stage. Do you all think all PV can secure the seat for 2B? A bit worried…

Will only know after phase 2A2. The remaining vacancies will be divided equally between phase 2B and phase 2C. If u are registering this yr and a PV and u know how many PVs there are then will know whether there’s a need/chance to ballot. There’s also the unknown figure of how many parents are using the grassroots connection to apply at phase 2B. To think that this is just the start, there will be the GEP, PSLE, O and A level and Uni and I will have to go through them 3X…I think grey hairs are starting to sprout hahahaha
