2snoopy:
Does Mee Toh need to interview parents who apply for PV?
if yes, what questions do they ask?
My son is 3yrs old this year, is it the right time to apply for PV now or wait until next year Jul then apply for PV?
Hi 2snoopy,
I called the school 30mins ago, on my gal who's 3 this yr too. Registration for PV is July next yr for kids born in 2008 and the clan association is Singapore Buddhist Lodge. Was wondering how do we join the clan so that I do not need to do PV. :scratchhead: Anyhow, I would wan to secure my daughter in P2B no doubt I'll be within 1km. My son is currently balloting for a school in Serangoon... damn stressful. So backing up for my daughter now.

Hi, anyone with kids borned in year 06 and has registered for PV with Mee Toh? Wanna ask if you all received call up from them? I registered with them last July and till now no call from them yet. Wondering if it's a bit late already.

Hi
My gal was in P1 this year and initially I thought the sch was good. But end up I keep hearing the teacher telling me to askher to read more (my gal failed all the test given since day 1). I think they shld be like any other sch to put the weaker ones in a smaller class.
My 2 cents worth -
Like to check is there any parent who stay in Bedok and kids going to study in Mee Toh P1 next year? Wander can we swap? My boy will be going Red Swastika Next year. I am hoping I can get a place in MT so that I don’t need to shift…

Can anyone tell me what to do? My child not successful for balloting in 2010. So now, in another school P1. But, quality of teachers not good, the school’s academic not good. I put my child on waiting list at Mee Toh. How to speed up this process? I have no ideas. Pls help me:( Thanks.

Hi. It's a blessing that teacher had identified your daughter weakness and advised on how to improve. Its too early to stream them out as \"weak student\" in p1. My daughter was weak in all subjects too while she was in p1. She was then identified and they provide extra class \"enable programme\" to better improve her maths and English. Now I can see improvement. Some slower learners just need some extra time. We can't say the school is not good just because our child is not doing well. Family
support is important too. -
