Brother formerly from FMS too.
understand for volunteer work need to register this year.
For my case, since brother former boy, I under Phase 2A(2) rite?
and only need to register when he is in K2 rite? any advice appreciated

DD2 said teacher already inform them that they hv to be in sch uniform if they are going tomorrow. Teacher also say, cannot go play ground
