I dun think they have exams anymore. Just topical tests. Holistic assessments. P1 and P2 are supposed to have their honeymoon years.

P2 tropical tests and 1st major SA2 exam - results reflected in report book

To me whether test or exam it’s the same - aim for good grades as the results are taken into account.

Oh why Blessedwife? I think Fairfield’s pace at P1 and P2 is manageable. I generally find that it isn’t a competitive environment; my kids enjoy school very much.

Mine enjoyed school very much and we are lucky he has a very good form teacher!


Don’t get me wrong as different parent has different expectations.

Btw do you have any idea how does the school allocate the P2 to P3 top classes next year?

I have no idea how the allocation will work for the existing P2s.

For the existing P3s and P4s, they were allocated into CFG as the ‘better’ classes.

The P2s have not received their report books yet. I believe only the P4s have.
