There are a lot of new BTO plus new condos TOP around that area. I wouldn’t be so sure.

Queenstown Primary had balloting for SC in Phase 2C in 2018 & 2019. No chance for PR at all. With new flats around the area TOPing soon, less chances for PR going forward, imo.
