I think every school has some issues. Just try to make sure that our kids don’t mix with the wrong clique. I was from a very good school, but all along there are problem teens and g**g, I just make sure I don’t mix with them.
My kids who are studying in QTPS now are doing fine and I like the way the principal and vice principal’s direction. -

- Thanks, kwokwc, very sensible words indeed. I have since spoken to people who live in the area and who know ppl with kids studying in the school and they very much echo your praise for the (new?) principal's approach, and feel somewhat more reassured now...I think every school has some issues. Only a week to go before our DS starts in P1! We attended the orientation day in November, where he went from "so far, so bad" (in his own words) on arrival to laughing out loud during the short session with his classmates and form teacher, so hopefully he’ll be ready for all that is in store for him next year.
Are there any parents out there who live outside of the school bus zone and who have arranged their own private transport? We live in Bukit Timah, and understand from the bus provider that they can only go as far as the top of Farrer Road. -
hello all mummies of children in QtPS....
I am a Jurong West extension mummy.... I'm looking to enrol my gal to QtPS as my BTO home which will be in Qt will be ready in 2015... ;(
Just to share a bit,
My girl is now (2012) in K1... we are currently residing in J.W ext...
However, in 2015, my girl might be in Primary 2..... but i do not want my girl to be changing school after 1 year in a Jurong sch...
So am thinking to enrol her to QtPS straight when she is in P1... however, i am worried abt the distance and if we are even able to get into the school...
can to share how i can go about on this?? anyone..
and if any mummies currently living in jurong and have kids in QtPS... i wonder if they have transport and can fetch and send my child....
i heard QtPS is a single session school??
Seeking your kind and expert advise.... -

You may like to refer to the balloting history for Queenstown Pri. here:

Historically, Queenstown Pri. had vacancies even in Phase 3. Hence, so long as you apply in P2C, you should be safe. -
thanks qms...
