Anybody has any news with regards to the registration? Does SC require balloting? Its almost 2pm but MOE have not update their website.

I rang this morning, the customer service said between 12-2pm. But still not yet.

Hi, I called the school. yes SC more than 2km require balloting but they refuse to tell me the odds. If anyone manages to find out, pls let me know
