I could log in but there's no link to the survey at all...imama:
Was advised to login to McOnline for the survey as follows:
Deadline: 24 Oct by 11.59 pm
Login ID: P_(your son's birth cert no.)
School ID: MSHSP
Password: Learning
Hi Cherrygal, after you logged in to the Parents portal, it should be right there in the middle. Do you see it under the \"announcement\" on the left ?
If you dont, that means you are in the child's portal. If you see it but do not receive the prompt to fill up the survey, it is likely that someone has filled it up on your behalf .... -

I am more against the Quick Bites stall and wish they would stop selling fried junk like popcorn chicken, satay, hashbrown, processed food like siew mai etc. It's not cheap and there is no nutrition.
I am not asking for Jamie Oliver standard but they could at least ensure all stalls are selling proper meals that serve a combination of carbo, protein, vege and fruit. The Quick Bites stall should switch to selling freshly made sandwiches ala Subway and ready-packed chicken salads.
All sweet and gassy drinks should also be banned, except for isotonic drinks and beverages like Nutritea and Yakult. They should be selling HL milk if possible. I remember I used to get a packet of milk (with some cartoon on the packet) during recess. What happened to that program?
Thats right, Quite Bites is the stall that is selling the sandwich ice-cream :yikes: :yikes: for $1.20
Talk about the Quick Bite stall, this is the stall that has started selling ICE CREAM! -

today,24th Oct is the closing day,and it closes at 2355 hrs. How ? can find ? -
Oh, the parents’ portal… no wonder. But those questions don’t really apply to my concerns…
-
I am not concerned about what the stalls sell. I just told my son to eat something that is filling and not too oily. The onus is on him to buy healthy food to eat. Even if he decide to eat fried chicken wings, so be it. After all, kids are so active, they can burn off the calories very fast. As for ice cream, which kid doesn’t like ice cream?

but gassy drinks shd really be stopped.
my boy said yesterday he bought some potato chips - $2!
so ex!
re bullyg, someone in his class poked him wf ice cream on a number of times despite scolding by teacher.
he also used the infamous F-word on him. Goodness! -
where can i connect with new-parents whose kids entering P1 in 2013?
-
I’m just wondering - won’t giving ds lesser pocket money solve the problem? Ie, enuff money to just buy one decent meal n no more extra money for snacks…
So far, I’m quite ‘lucky’ with ds1. He just buys his meal of chicken rice or fanchoy n thats abt it - once in a while he buys snacks like chips n stuff but I thk that’s ok since it doesn’t happen often…
Hopefully i wont hve such prob with ds2n3 nex time when they enter p1. -
jus curious, was there ballotg for 2b tis yr for those within 1km n 1-2km
for p1 reg? -
