      Dear Parents,

If I would like to register my son in MSHS in 2015 intake using my parents' address (1.5km away) what phase would I be in? And what will my chances be?

      regards

No. My boy eats during the recess everyday but he never complains about canteen seating space. He is in P1. I understand from him that the tables are allocated accordingly to class. They are not allow to seat anywhere they want. Not sure is it the same arrangement for upper primary classes.

Interesting - my husband has a colleague whose boy is in P1 at Maris Stella and he seems to have more homework than his friend who is at Rosyth.

We will be registering our son next week and his brother will follow next year so I hope that \"scang\" is right 🙂

Yes, there is no exam, for P1, and first half of P2 I think, due to the ever changing Education Minister and his philosophy of MOE curriculum.

There is CA or continuous assessment like tests, but other than that, hardly any homework. You probably need to plan some \"study\" or \"learning enrichment\" at home, else they will probably watch tv or play.

As for HCL, yes, probably at P1 it is still very much manageable, but this is up to individual child, but the later years, it will be much more difficult?

The environment is pretty much conducive, just be aware of any bully if any.
