Thanks for the info n well wishes! DD's having a persistent viral fever. Will be on MC for the 4th day tomorrow! Hope she'll be able to go back to school on Friday.

It will usually take quite some time to recover. Better take care of her. Luckily it's juz the 2nd week, nothing much to do in class anyway.

Hope she will recover fast.

Cantbearit2, R gym will start next Friday? I don't have the schedule yet as my gal has been sick since Monday. She has missed school for 3 days.

R gym will start on 21 Jan 9.30am to 11.30am. We have to make a payment (cash or chq) of $360 to teacher in charge (Irene Heng) latest by 2nd session.

I had to comfort her all night long and \"brainwash\" her
She told me that her teacher made her felt stupid and she wishes she doesn't have dyspraxia or dyslexia...
I have no idea if she got into any CCA....I'm more worried about her emotional well-being at the moment....

:imsorry: to hear about your DD. Maybe you would like to seriously consider calling Ms Sung to talk about this issue. At least let her know the reason why your DD is crying and not liking sch. I'm sure she'll try her best to help your DD. If you wait till the Parents' Briefing, the problem will not be resolved quick enough and your DD might still feel upset for another week. Is there only 1 Malay class? Can your DD be transferred to another Malay class?

I know it's a difficult time for you and your DD now...hang in there k. :snuggles:

You may want to speak to the principal on this. She may be better able to help you, rather than speaking with the Malay teacher.
