I thought it was a Mdm Tan (during Orientation) but DD came home and said it's 'Gao Lao Shi'. I don't see any MT teacher on the website with that surname. I even asked if she is saying that the teacher is tall (Gao), but my DD corrected me and said her surname is Gao.

Are there trainee teachers (for attachment) in the school during this period?
I thought it is usually after June......

DD told me just need to learn the han yu pinyin

Errr... she has been trained to purchase things from vending machine since age of 4 coz of her ballet class. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Currently, my 2.5yr old DS is undergo-ing \"training\" to perform that stunt too coz infront of his sch, there's one.. :lol: :lol: :lol:

DD has never brought back the Chinese workbook before, just textbook.

Has any of your DD told you that she belong to a group in the Chinese class?
I checked with DD, she told me she is in the same class but they are being group according to 'the test'. Can't make head and tail out of what she is talking about. I think all will be clearer next Friday after PTM....

Yes, I saw the list yesterday and took photos of it to play safe.
So far she recorded her homework in the helpmate. But, yet to see any Chinese homework.... She did mention she has to do chinese work in class.
My DD is not so 'on' with Chinese.... So I got to be more alert to know what's going on.
Anyway I told her I graduated from Pri Sch. Since she is the one going to Sch, she has to do all her work/homework, if not she will be the one who faces the music.
