Ya, ya....this thread moves fast. We are definitely a bunch of 'talkative' parents and it's fantastic that everyone here is so wonderful & supportive. Wonder if we will be louder than the kids in the canteen when we get together.... :evil:
BTW, have you settled your transportation issue for CCA on wednesday? How did you manage yesterday?

Hi Tinkerbelle,
My DD2 skip CCA this year because she can't made up her mind She wanted to join the dance class but her sister, P3, said that Dance class is difficult because she need to move faster than she is now. Then she wanted to follow her sister CCA, drama club, but her sister said, she couldn't enter because my DD2 doesn't really like to act. Then DD2 end up follows what my DD1 said.

But am personaly prefer my DD2 to skip CCA because I want her to concentrate in her P1 first, and then she can apply for CCA in P2.

Oic...Never too late for CCA, can always join next year. Furthermore, MCS has the PE3 programme, so the kids are exposed to many activities and are not really deprived if they don't join a CCA. :lol:

Oh, you have another DD in MCS? Yes, the power and influence of the older sis...DD2 also asks for DD1's opinion on all things regarding MCS. My DDs are in P6 and P2. Hope to see more of you here.

thank you for all mommies's concern on my DD's health, i think i don't need to visit her school today as she has become better, less coughing now.

actually i did try many methods to cure her asthma or boost up her immune system and now making cordyceps soup for her, sigh..damn exp :shock: and i've also gone for a talk about asthma that actually there is currently no cure for asthma, you may have less or no asthma attack when u grow older and this will depend on your health condition too, that means younger child and elderly will have more frequently attack in general. well, actually my DD's health is much better now, she used to be admitted twice at the age of 13 months and 3 yrs old, she was sick every alternative week in N1 that i couldn't stand it and completely dropped her out from school, sigh..those were the days...just hope that she will become better from time to time when she grows up..

Mine has hardly any h/w and has not brought back any workbook for us to take a look at her progress. Is that normal??

Art Club starts from 10:30 -12pm, i raised this issue to FT on last friday and she said she will tell the teacher in charge to go off early but doesn't seem to be early today and GSSC said they were sorry that they didn't inform the parents today, umm...i just wonder why come CCA ends so late, i'll have to pack lunch for DD then. :roll:

Hope the teacher will release the art gals earlier next week. Guess it's probably safer to pack some lunch for your DD next week, just in case Art lessons finish late again.
