Hi cantbearit2,
ζ·±εΉΏ section will not be tested in SA2. :rahrah:
Tinkerbelle:
How come her mummy, yours truly din noe??? :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Wen we met up wif her MT teacher e last time round, she even mentioned to us to speak more Mandarin wif her as her oral is pretty weak. :nailbite:This section is only taught to high ability MT gals to further stretch their potential. That means...your DD's command of Chinese is very good....:salute:
Mayb MCS has changed & all classes will touch on ζ·±εΉΏ too? Any other parents in P1 oso having this area covered for eir DDs MT? :scratchhead:Tinkerbelle:
Ya quite a lot to cover for MT. Actually i have only started Maths (DD's weakest subject), wondering how can i finish all in time. I have not even started e spelling test. :faint:All the best with revision for SA2. Many chapters to cover in textbooks A & B for MT......I've only just started on 3 chapters in textbook 2A over the weekend with DD2.

Hi
Hi ohdaddy,
:hi5: What a coincidence. Ya, we are hoping it'll be a snowy one too. :xedfingers:
We decided against going free and easy as our in-laws will be joining us on this trip. When are you planning on going?
Plan to go the post-Xmas week. We are skipping jeju and want to focus on at least 2 nights at a ski resort. More to play and fall in the snow rather than ski. So far most of the tours have mandatory shopping days which we are not keen, so looking for packages that have minimal shopping and maximum ski resort

Ok did a quick look and here's the status for us parents going into P1 next year. (Sorry if I left people out, no sabo intended)
We should have secret signal if we meet other parents on orientation day to show we are members of this forum. Winking is an easy secret signal but with spouses around and if we are members of opposite sex (or same sex, hey, this is the 21st century), it sends the wrong signals.
Maybe something like taking left hand and touching the top of the head! Can act blur if the other party look puzzled on why I keep touching my head, she/he might think I got kutu!!!!

DD2 also has the same problem with Chinese oral. She's doing ζ·±εΉΏ & She has no problems answering questions within the textbook but her oral skills needs more improvement. For SA1 Chinese oral, she got a picture of a cinema and someone eating popcorn. She did not know what 'cinema' and 'popcorn' are called in Chinese. Now, we try to converse in Chinese with her more.
No worries, can finish revision in time....just need to stagger the revision out....do a little each day and learn a few spelling words each day.
Jia you!! :rahrah: -

Wow...2 nights at the ski resort sounds great!! I'm sure the kids would love it. :boogie:
Know what you mean.....DH absolutely detests mandatory shopping trips with tour groups.
Good luck with your search for the perfect package. :celebrate: -
