Hi I am new to this forum. Can anyone tell me more about Marymount Convent and CHIJ Our Lady of Good Counsel (OLGC)?


I am a former student of OLGC so my DD can get into OLGC at Phase 2A(2) but her chances of getting into Marymount at Phase 2C may not be too low either so I can’t decide which of the 2 schools to register her in.

Any opinions/comments?

my kid is in p1 and she is happy to go to school. i don't think there is that much homework, so for us that is a plus. she is lucky to have great teachers and friends so those are more pluses. marymount has no sec school so that could be a factor for some parents. the surrounding areas near the school would be torn up for some new expressway in the years ahead, i have no idea when. whether that would be intolerably noisy is hard to say for now.
