        Hi mamemo

        Thanks!..
Did u get e notification, e one which explains what topics will be covered? Just wondering if model drawing is a MUST for all e problem sums..

        Hi iLoveChubby,

yes, I have the PN. Says that the number statement is 2 marks and the answer itself is 1 mark. Although the example did show the model, the PN didn't say whether or not mark is awarded for the model itself.

        Hi mamemo
Just clarified with my DS's form teacher - she said model drawing is \"encouraged\" but actually no marks will be given to that. But she said she doesnt tell the students that because she wants them to show the model drawing during the test.:)

Hi all, any parents who have kids in p1… Do you guys know what are they supposed to do for art last week and hand in this week? My son mentioned that they are told to make mobile toys. He did not copy the full instructions and is not sure how to do the art. Can anyone advise?

                  Hi Parents,

May I check if there will be alot after school activities for your children in Pei Chun?

I am keen to register my girl as my DH is old sch boy but we are staying in Sengkang. Transport is a big problem for us. We will appreciate any kind reply for the queries i have.
                  1. Does sch bus cater for after sch activities? Meaning if my girl need to stay till 4 or 5 pm. will there be sch bus?
                  2. When will after sch activities start? P3 onwards?

                  Thank you very much!

                    Hi,

P1s and P2s are in the afternoon sessions.

There is very little before-school activities for them unless they have been selected for some extra classes to help them cope better in their school work. But this happens only after the 1st term... And the CCAs will start only when they are in P3.

School buses do not cater to such extra curriculum activities as far as I m concerned..

                    Hope the above helps...

                      Hi
I heard from another mummy that she pays for a small school van service to ferry her P3 kid back (one-way) after her CCA ard 3-4pm twice/thrice a week... the fee is of course higher as this is an \"extra service\". Then again, she stays q near the school.. not sure if other sch van operators drive to further locations.
