Yes, they do have locker system, 2 student to 1 locker when my girl was in P1 and in P2, it was 1 to 1. However, it is pretty useless as they are not allowed to keep their school books in the locker. So my girl rarely use it.Hi Parents
My boy is going to Pei Chun next year.
Is there a locker system for Primary 1 students? If so, where are the lockers located? In the classroom or along the corridors ?
Regards -
Forgot to add, the lockers placed are along the corridor.

Hi mummies, I receive a PN for swimsafer programme for p3 pupils next year. Can I check ifthis is a compulsory programme and will there be any sort of swimming assessment later on for kids who dont take part and doesn’t know how to swim? My boy doesn’t like water and refused to take part in this programme.

Hi minmin
This is not a compulsory programme, you can opt out if you want. -

Hi,
You may want to consider letting your boy attend the lesson cos eventually, when they promote to sec sch, some sec sch will ask for the swimsafer cert (min level 4, equivalent to bronze) and if the child do not have the cert, he will have to attend compulsory swimming lessons. It is better to learn when they are younger now as it is less embarassing and they pick up skills faster. -
Hi Chemistry and iLoveChubby,
Thanks for the information. I spoke to my boy earlier and he doesnt want to go for the SwimSafer lessons. I actually thought its better for him to go for the lessons as he is young and it is a skill which he has to eventually take on as he will be serving the nation later on. But he doesnt want to go at all… I am also worried about the safety as he will be at the public pool area and we as parents wont be around to supervise him. Another alternative is for me to sign him up with my younger daughter and join in the private swimming lessons. -
Thank you chemistry and minimin for the feedback.

DS is lucky enough to get the opportunity to experience the various roles and I observe that this has trained him to be more self confident and out-spoken. He used to be very shy. I am hoping my younger one will get the same opportunity next time but well, it is only possible if the selection is not purely base on academic results. -
Hi,
Any one with kids in P3? Can I know how many Math WS have your child completed? -
Hi,
Can anyone feedback on their children’s form teacher? stating the levels pls. How well the children fare depend very much on the teachers too. heard Aitong has very good teachers, then what about PCPS?
