I read about the LSP and LSM from the P1 info booklets. Can any parents let me know when they are doing the assessments to determine whether our children need to attend or not?

For 1F it was done last week too.

Your DD is in 1B, right? So is my son. But he does not tell me that there was an assessment. How was it like? My son is super blur, can even lost his pupil's diary. Anyway, i note that there isnt much homework for 1B. Just got the chinese spelling today (18 Jan) and the spelling is on 20 Jan?

Class iI started reading the big book Wishy washy today

My child brought back her Jotter book for Chinese spelling but it’s emoty. Is the Chinese spelling list given as a printed document or the child has to copy the words. Can you share how many words are there?

1F does not have Chinese spellng list or notification to date. My boy was given the English spelling list.

1F also started Mrs Wishy Washy yesterday.

Hi My child is in 1K. So far they have received the English spelling list and today is the 1st spelling and so is 1A (got a friend’s child there). As for the Chinese spelling list, got it y’day. It was printed and pasted in the chinese spelling jotter book. its in hanyu pinyin. Only 8 spelling words.

Any parents whose child in 1K?

大同小异啦。My kid said they did Mr Grumpy but not Wishy-Washy yet. Yes, 8 spelling words for Chinese. But he vehemently denies any test for Maths and English so far ;P.

Class 1B was given the chinese spelling (8 hanyu pinyin) on Tuesday and the spelling test is on 20 Jan. So only 2 days to learn. Is that consistent across other classes ?
