The morning session is from 7.30 am - 1 pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri). On Wednesday, they are dismissed on 12.45 pm

For afternoon session, it is from 12 pm - 6 pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri). On Wednesday, it starts at 1.30 pm - 6 pm due to teachers' meeting.

Anyone has any comments on the Meet the Teachers session?

Dear parents


Have a friend who is considering to register her son in Woodlands Primary School.
Need your help and advice on the following as she needs more information:

1. how’s the school in term of teachers, discipline, security, etc?
2. any special program like Chinese, creative writing, etc as part of their curriculum?
3. when do they have to start CCA ?
4. do they have program that stress on character development?

Any other information will be greatly appreciated.

Have a friend who is considering to register her son in Woodlands Primary School.

The teachers are caring, my kid in P2 now, in P1 the FT will discuss
with me after sch / sms me / put a note in their diary and hence for the
MT she will sms the parents what need to be do, not all MT does that
they might hv other communication method.


2. any special program like Chinese, creative writing, etc as part of their
curriculum?
For Chinese they do have Speech and Drama. Every pupil will need to
participate, and last year we even got the DVD for the actual day
performance not sure about this year, this year P2 they still hv S&D
too.

3. when do they have to start CCA ?
CCA normally starts at P3 or P4 is not compulsory but is
encourage to do so.

4. do they have program that stress on character development?
Yes they do.

Any other information will be greatly appreciated.
