are they the owners or just did the cutting ribbon?

I cant seem to find any cupcake ready-mix packages in the supermarkets! They only have muffins, cookies and whole cakes kind... anyone know where I can find it?

I've seen some around Cold Storage. But you can just use the ones for whole cakes and pour them into cupcake cases to make cupcakes.
