school bag for secondary one

My daughter’s bags are either pink or hello kitty designs.
She inherited love for bags from me…hubby rolls his eyes each time she looks at bags when we go out.
The school bag from BATA looks quite man for a secondary school boy. Walked past BATA just now. School shoes selling 2 for $29…several designs avail. -
Aside for school bag, does one needs to wear either white or black shoes for Sec School (just like in Pri School)or just any brand of track shoes will do? Sorry for sounding so 'Mountain Tortoise'.

it depends on that school...whether white or black shoes.
school shoes now are not so strict...i was surprised some kids can wear shoes with trimming...and it's allowed, totally different from our time...i am also mountain tortoise...no worries

Are a lot of books needed for sec school? There is a sale on a big mountain bag and I am eying it
but when it is on me it looks very big and so I am considering it....because of my small built most mountain bags look VERY big on me 
what should I do ? Should I buy it? By the way it is mostly grey with pink :boogie: -
Jansport and those bags with the two eyes one are very popular in my school. I rarely see sling bags though. (from SCGS)

Depends on the school your child goes to. My school every table has a space underneath and everyone just brings all their textbooks etc to school and leave them under the table. Only bring home if need for homework/study for test the next day. -

Depends on the school. When you got your sec school posting already and go to the school for the briefing they should inform you. -

Our school the class reps lock the doors everytime the class leaves for PE and recess etc. And I think usually the teachers call for files only at specific times in the year during file checking.
