Even if class size is small, for P5 & P6, 1.5hr is way too short. It has to be 2hr.

Personally, I will never consider 1.5hr class for upper primary. Furthermore, we are talking about ‘help for students weak in Math’.

Hi, my current P3 boy is rather weak in his math. I'm thinking of changing his private tutor (from agency) next year when he's in P4. Any recommendation for math tutor or tuition group or centre in the west? I'm staying in bukit panjang but open to travel to places as long as it can help my son . Welcome to pm me too :thankyou:

                      Hi,

                      Just to share.

I help my children on their primary school maths, to the elimination of their careless mistakes in calculation through

                      Stage 1
                      - Reminder 9 check method. (this pick up 90 percent of the children error in maths calculation)
                      - Better method in multiplication. (This eliminate the common mistakes make by children in traditional method)

                      * This can be pick up by the children and their parents within 4 hours. If use dilligently and consistently, it will benefit them on their paper 1 in PSLE.
                      * On average it will pick up 90% of the marks loose to careless calculation mistake which is sometime hair pulling experience by parents.

                      Stage 2
There also teaching of them to understand the concepts behind modeling, unitary tables, alebgra, area calculation, rather than blindly applying the methods.

However this stage take time and comes only after the foundation is applied on stage 1.
