SCs have taken up 199/210 vacancies, thus the SPRs (17 < 1km) will be balloting for the balance 11 seats.

Yup, in our case, they had asked us to fill up our names and addresses on 2 white envelopes, so that they can send us the relevant documentation to confirm registration and notify us on orientation date.
