Hi, do we need to iron the name tag on the PE shirt? Seems to be only on the blue school uniform?

Need to iron on the PE t-shirt also. Abt 1.5cm above the school crest. We were also advised to sew the nametag on after ironing it, to make sure it stays put!


My son will be in 1 Optimism.

yes. though i dont know much about sewing work. but it seems rather redundant to have the tag ironed onto the shirt and sew it thereafter.

would there be any difference if it were to be sewn directly?

i was puzzled when this was mentioned during the orientation brief.
