IMHO, don't choose St Patrick cos of their disciplinary problems. I hear very positive feedback on Mayflower secondary school and it seems to be a good choice. :lovesite:

HCI admin mentioned appr 500 during DSA but ..... better to check again. Thanks Fairy. To play safe, I will probably include 3 choices : HCI, RVHS (non-SBEG), ACSI. How would u rank these 3 ?
Thank you
.... most probably able to give infos on app. how many seats been offered for DSA ( heard app 250 ? ) and maybe also how many students had finally taken up their offer (maybe ) and thus how many they seeking now ? They do accept phone calls and thru emails. Reply is fast also.
Our case and opinion - IP 6 years so to split out the national exams for Chinese (O level) and other subjects (A level) ... Had spent so much time on Chinese during PSLE, practically left with no time for the other 3. With IP, first 3 to 4 years to brush up Chinese standard and then over with it at O level exams. For the next 2 years, full concentration for A level subjects. Of course not to neglect O level subjects also, in school exams ...... -

Why don't you consider St. Margaret's? Ignoring the girls from the bottom classes, those from the top classes (made up of girls with higher PSLE aggregate) are very competitive and well-behaved.justsay:
249 plus 2 (HMT) . Nan Hua or Bukit Panjang Gov High ? Please advise. Thanks.
My girl has the same score 249 + 2.
I am staying in the west.
These are my choices:-

Hi,Hi, The first 3 choices would most probably be the same. My daughter wanted RV so much that she cried when she received her results. Choice 2 would be most crucial as that will be the one they would be able to get in if rejected by RV. We are unable to decide between Nan Hua and BPGH. :?
Btw, why do you choose NH over BPGH ?
Do you happen to know is the PC tablet program for NH open to all students who are interested or only for selected students ?
Thanks !
I went to NH open house yesterday, the student told me that he PC tablet program is open to all students who are interested. -

It's the distance. I am staying in the west. -
Hi Justsay
Nan Hua over BPGH cos of distance and cca (outdoor activities)
to travel to nan hua, a 10 mins bus drive + some walking
to BPGH, bus - MRT - bus, so near yet so far…sigh…
Nan Hua is a SAP school
Visited the open house yesterday, school hours are 7.30am to 2.30pm except for wed 7.30am to 1.30pm. -
Where can I find banding for past years? Annex A1 shows only banding based on 2008 O-level exam :?
