For those who all interested, MGS will be having an open house on the 21 May (Sat) from 8.30Am - 2pm

Tks Superann and Tinkerbelle. Will attend both RGS and MGS. Hopefully NYGH's won't be on the same day- otherwise will have information overload and time not enough ...

In the past, RGS and NYGH have been on the same day. SCGS was also on the same day. So it's highly likely that all four top girls schools will be on the same day.

Start from MGS, drive down to Bukit Timah road NYGH, then along the road to SCGS, and finally go down Stevens Road to final stop RGS. Very efficient and cover all in 1 day :lol:


Max of 1- 1.5 hours per school, and then zip to next school. Pack picnic lunch and drinks

Good plan, Pen88n, but not sure whether would there be enough time to see 3 schools - thinking of MGS, NYGH and RGS. Wonder if the school will plan in any talks for parents/students or is it just go and see and tour round the school.

You have to plan your visits because Open House may not be full day. The schools usually have talks by the Principal and various depts/topics, plus tours, plus booths, performances etc. If you're keen on the talks, then you have to be at the various schools at the times the talks are scheduled.

Absolutely, both RI and SST having on the same day. If parents want kids to go RI take a look, but maybe kids wanna go SST tour around, then timing wise have to plan in advance.

Already hyperventilating thinking about the logistics (driving, timing, packing lunch etc), scheduling (if want to attend talks by Principal etc), parking and many other things to juggle on a Saturday.
