After test...if selected...interviews will be in end july or august

Confusing!
The earlier post said after the selection test, no interview.
Yours is after test and if selected, there will be an interview.
May I know which is which? Or both meant different schools?
Thank-you.

Cheers,
Belle.

There is no interview for non-GEP mainstream kid who has to do the subject selection test

The interview is for GEP kid who meet the cut-off 80% average score and does not need to do GAT & subject selection test.

This is talking about RI
FOR RI DSA

I am quite clear about the RI DSA process for GE Domain
1) CA1+SA1 >80% - No need to take GAT test. Need to go for one interview only. (Then go to BiBi Baba and buy uniform..haha)
2) CA1+SA1 <80% - Need to take GAT test AND interview. Regardless how well or bad the students perform in GAT, the students will call up for interview. (Then go home and pray hard)

For the mainstream RI DSA process which I am not very clear
For e.g. a student apply for math domain
1st step - Take GAT
2nd step - If perform well in GAT and short listed, then go for half day selection test. Which is a 3 hours test paper.
3rd step - If short listed from the half day selection test. Will call up for face to face interview.
4th step - go home and wait for result.

p/s - If no news after taken GAT or half day selection test, that means not short listed.

Is the above process correct?

anyone can advise?

Thank you

Dear all ,

I think ri will not email to shortlisted applicants today as I called up many times but nobody answer the call. It might be closed today!

After selection test is done, they will inform you asap you are successful or not

This is confirmed correct as at 2010 because my DS went through it

Hi verykiasu2010

You mean your DS need not required to go for interview after the half day selection test. I mean not immedately after the selection test, but after he is short listed?

Is there any exception? That means need to go for interview after shortlisted from the half day selection test?

BD
