DSA 2011

Hi vidhyalog,
Dear Ngbrdadngbrdad:
Did not receive letter from RI yesterday.
So bracing ourselves for the rejection letter either today or Monday.
Anyone else on the same boat ?
I am just a fellow parent - who applied for DSA for SST for my son - but did not get through to the shortlist
Yesterday when I read your son got the NJC interview letter - I involuntarily let out a \"Yes!\" - and surprised myself in the process. I do not know you from Adam - but somehow seem to be rooting for your son - like in a reality TV show. Good luck for the rest of the DSA process.
All is not lost. The most important exam is still the PSLE. Do motivate your son to work hard for it. Good luck! -

Hi sunflowermom, tinkerbelle, KSP and RGS DDs, sorry no offence, it were merely base on my personal view and feedbacks/comments given.

Thanks to all parents on your personal thoughts. RGS was struck off from my list but it is back on this morning. Thanks!!
I am in the same boat as you Lynn2010. Still undecided. NYGH definitely has strength but my girl is outspoken and \"loud\". Initially, I thought that NYGH will be good for her to balance off her personality but now I think that she may not fit into the school's culture. Such a dilemma! -

Thanks. Appreciate that.

Hi Ngbrdad,
Hi ngbrdad, I'm new here. Just wondering if your mail could have been lost in transit like sitting in some busy neighbour's mail box? All is not lost. Wonder if you could check with RI to see if a letter had been sent out?gracy:

Anyway, all the best to your DS and do continue to be a tower of strength to him.
Are u waiting for RI's letter to decide if your DS should attend the njc interview? If so u can give RI a call if u do not rec the letter by the time you have to confirm attendance at njc.
Hope that helps ..[/quote]Thanks. Will wait a few more days and see.
Must have more faith in the postman not making any mistake. -
Anybody with news and feedback from NUSH tea today ?

Dear fellow parents,
My DS have not received his letter from RI yet do you think something is amiss?
If he got into the waiting list for RI, but got offered by HCI, what do you think I should do? (My DS really, really, really, really, really wants to go to RI, but I don’t know if should wait for PSLE first…)
Thank You,
