They were smiling, nodding their heads & eyes widened at some of her answers that she had given. DD was sure that she had made an impact on them positively but dunno why she is still not chosen eventually...

Btw, after breaking the news to her, DD felt that although she felt disappointed that she was rejected by RGS but she shld not be so selfish as to hope for a CO from them as she now prefers NYGH. She said that she wld be hogging someone else's chance if she was to be given the CO. That brought a smile to our faces & closes the issue totally.

Just recvd rejection email from RGS.. Scratching our heads why DD is rejected...DD is a mainstreamer, top gal in a neighbourhood sch, scoring above 90% since P1, has UNSW High distinctions & other awards, won at least two individual trophies for National Competiton in sports since P4. During the last interview with RGS, DD felt she had done her best & her classmate who was in the same interview as her, witnessed the interviewers being visibly impressed with DD & she congrats her for her superb eloquence & quick thinking. DD as usual in her humble self dismissed the praises.

Luckily, we hv set our eyes with NYGH ( of which a CO has already been recvd :rahrah: ) way before & there was just no deep sense of disappointment but full of WHYs huh? :?

Actually mainstreamers must perform extra hard and outstanging for the top ip schools' DSA process inorder to be offered CO.. So 3 cheers to the kids!!! :rahrah: :rahrah: :rahrah:
