yes, i work with a big group and we have abt 5 collegues kids taking psle this year and all parents has applied for leave on both days (24/25nov). Guess parents nowadays are very concern and thats the reason why we parents are in this form, right ?

            Good Luck to everyone 🙂

Gosh, don't know whether I will cry out of joy or disappointment! This is so nerve wrecking, I hope I know the results right now....the suspense is killing me!

              Me too.

Remember 3 years ago, I almost cried out of joy when my dd's PSLE result was 4th in School.

Wow ! just read thru some of the commets…I am already having butterflies in my stomach now.

I try my best not to pass the stress to my dd as dont want her to feel the same, so at home we dont talk about the result day. I am sure she too must be very excited and stressed thinking abt nov 25.

less than a week to go, must keep busy to avoid unnecessary tension.

Last year, my DD’s best freind called her mum to report the result; her mum just cut off the phone. She was disppointed as she scored 242 - her mum said DONT call her unless she scored 247 and above (this is the COP for St Nick).

So sad to have a mum like this.

Dear Parents & PSLE 2010 batch,

Just pray that each student should get into those schools what they are destined for !!!!

Going to top schools, unable to cope-up, get stressed -up and end up with mental breakdowns or even tragic endings...which student want that? which parent want to see their child in that condition? 😢

So parents, do not show your disappointment or frustration to your child if he/she have not done well. PSLE is not the ultimate. There many more opportunities awaiting them to show their mettle. 😉

Sincere wishes and prayers for this batch of PSLE 2010 students & Parents. 🙏

wah, whole family turning up to show support!

i will just bring ds2 with me. DH too busy to take leave…the big day doesn’t seem to bother him that much leh…

btw, will there be any open houses that day ? heard that HCI’s open house is on that day…

must constantly remind myself to stay calm even if the results do not turn out to be what i expect…

btw, when we check the COP, do we look at the lower aggregate? take VS for eg, the aggregates of 2009 P6 pupils posted to 2010 sec 1 ranged from 245 to 271, 250 is the mean and 249 is the median. Assuming my DS gets 245 and he wants to go to VS, so should he put VS as the first choice and will he be able to get in?

                        thks
