I see elder boy's GP essay always not up to the teacher's expectation in terms of content, though the teacher commended his writing skills. -

I agree with jtoh. Don't think tuition is necessary since the teacher has commended on his writing skills; it shows that he's not that bad. Just work on the weak areas.jtoh:
