agree, you are confusing me too. there are more than 3 ICR centres you better check the ICR website for more accurate info?
anyway, do you have the email for marine parade -kids love english? I cannot find the email contact on their website. -

things might be different if one is with 'consent' and one is without. Franchising have their own rules and regulations to follow. Just my guess only. Better let ICR management clear the doubt.Hi felicia09
i think if my english school learn from Kids love English, open new centre then no issue already, anyway I guess nothing will happen to my english school, their managing director, david chong, seems to be a veteran in buying schools

If it is not ICR-endorsed, then how come everything is the same, eg assessment, fees, registration? Also it iss upposed to be opened by ICR franchise right? Anyway I will pop in this weekend and ask them since I will be at Laguna.

Hmmm, a fren of mine went to the Toa payoh one for assessment too before signing up to iCR harbour front. She told me same type of assessment and same kind of programme, and was told by them there that their is a improved version of ICR n same owner. But still go to harbour front because was recommend a teacher there. So confusing!!

L central also use angmoh to teach right. Heard its similar things too.

So when I go to the Kids Love English centre this weekend do I also ask if their teacher is from ICR?

If you look at the receipt issued by the centre that you are going to, is it by ICR? My receipt is “I Can Read Learning Centre CCK” follow by another company name and address below. I think this company is the franchisee. The franchisee must abide by certain terms and conditions set by the franchisor. I also think the teachers are the employee of the franchisee. If the franchisee and the franchisor terminated their agreement, the franchisee can develop his own syllabus and set up a new school. We the consumer can decide which school we want to go.

If l central and kids love English claimed that they totally the same is ICR, you may wish to verify the claim with ICR. It is up to ICR to take the appropriate action if it is incorrect.
