My dd will be in cchm next year. She is quite apprehensive. She thinks cchm is a Chinese school and dont think she going to fit in. Any advise?
I am sure your dd will fit in just fine. My girl, who is also entering cchm this year, prefers to converse in English too. -
Is the school’s back gate open during school holiday?

Hi may I know which tuition centre or private tuitor did cch students go to? Any recommendation. My girl will be sec 1 next yr and wld like to start her soon.
-
Sorry if you don’t mind me saying - you r asking a very strange question. There is no one particular tuition centre or tutor that caters for students unless you are talking abt Aspen Tuition Centre which specially caters to RGS/DHS students.
There is also no need to rush into tuition in Sec 1. You can easily start in Sec 2 only on subjects that she is weak in.
Sec 1 is like Pri 1 - honeymoon period - for the student to adjust to a new school life.
Let your child settle into Sec School routine first. -
Hi
my child will be taking circle line to the school. May i know which exit should he use when he alights at Dakota station?
also, may i know if the school bookshop will open on the first day of school? if yes, what time? and will parents be allowed to enter the school on the first day of school? we have yet to buy the school exercise books , thinking of getting them on the first day…
finally, do we need to buy the tie ?
tks -
I understand from a student that the tie will be worn on every Monday during assembly. Can be removed after recess.

No prob Octopusmum.
My ds will be taking bus 30 to CCHMS which passes through the MCE. I will advise him to leave home early in anticipation of the heavy jam on the 1st day of work and school. -
Hi Octopusmum , my ds said when exit dakota mrt turn left will reach the right side of the road leading to the back gate of the sch. Dont need to cross the road.
