can boil it with prob ribs also, but the soup not so 'smooth" becos pork ribs are lean meat.

go best with twee bak or pork belly…(is the fatty part that’s Nice)

I thought pork ribs are already quite fatty? Wah, still not fatty enough? :!:

I'm terrible at boiling soups, I just throw whatever i have in 😛 ..

but my mom taught me a lazy-mom chicken soup (lan ren ji tang).. for 1 person.. just put 1 chicken drumstick, some ginger, some wolfberries and a bottle of chicken essence. top up with a little more water, and boil till chicken is done. Easy peasy, for people who can't tahan chicken essence on it's own.. or have no time to boil soup!

If u cook carrot n potato soup, add a red apple, the soup will be very yummy as apple will enhance the taste.

Very simple just cut the apple into 2 and decore it and cook it the soup. DS n DD loves to eat the cooked apple as well.

                        Try it.
