            Blobbi:

            Tks for the laksa rec. Someone mentioned Hokkien Mee. Got good Fried Hokkien Mee store to recommend???
            Yes yes! My Hokkien Mee is my best, we are talking about the true blue Hokkien mee (white, no dark sauce) with yellow and white noodles mixed type right? šŸ‘… Sometimes when I am outside to order Hokkien Mee I get served with the dark sauce noodle, also called Hokkien mee.

            Seriously Blobbi, you should try cooking this at home, it's easy and you can control how \"soggy\" you want it to be, not necessarily cheaper though.

            This is one dish I always cook for my friends and they simply love it.
            I used to do alot of parties with friends, dining for no reason..just for the love of eating I suppose. :lol:

            My family can eat this for the whole day, both lunch and dinner, not forgetting the lime and the sambal chilli. šŸ‘…

              My fav hk mee would be kim's either at jln eunos or joo chiat..the chilli is :drool:

              Kim's is not bad but the standard varies with branches.

                  duh? vito

                  d hm at coffeeshop next to Al Forno is good;
                  Is this the non traditional looking coffee shop just opposite the Al Forno that is divided by one small lane between them? I usually go to Al Forno but I don't know that coffee shop has a secretly good Hokkien Mee hiding there....I must go and try one day based on your recommendation.

                    hey hey no need to be so harsh on yourself....there are some corners of Singapore I will never go even if there is good food hiding, eg. TUAS.
