I usually go for eyebrow trimming in Wisma. This lady is located inside The Hair Salon (besides Esprit), named Wing. Previously she was with Hollywood Secret (Paragon). She charged $13 and i like the shape she do. SMS her at 94552303 for appointment. She's off every Monday.
