if possible, i will try to explain the situation to my boss. at least i know i did my part to justify my action if his comments are untrue. it may not changed anything but at least i know i stand up for myself.

My boss is on the semi-retired mood le.. and can be quite stubborn of his own mind.. difficult.. :skeptical:

Just receive some feedback from my boss.. which is really affecting my mood now..

How do you mummies handled negative yet untrue comments? :sick:

This is very common for me, but still affects my mood.
I can only tell myself the comments are shit.
At times, I fight back to retain my sanity and dignity.
This is a dog eat dog world.

Agree.. but after a few incidents.. I find it hard to get into his mind sometimes.. :frustrated:

Bosses already have a perception on their staff and it is hard to change.
For instance, my direct boss only listens to some staff and full stop. Whatever suggestions others put up would be consider 2nd class, naive or simply unworthy.
Having said that, we must tolerate because we still want the $$$! :imcool:

Depends on what kind of boss you have. If he/she is one who is very authoritative and refused to listen then I think just keep quiet and no point reasoning with him/her.

If you think the comment he/she made is unfair to you, perhaps wait till he/she is in better mood then talk to him/her again?
