Agree.. but after a few incidents.. I find it hard to get into his mind sometimes.. :frustrated:

Bosses already have a perception on their staff and it is hard to change.
For instance, my direct boss only listens to some staff and full stop. Whatever suggestions others put up would be consider 2nd class, naive or simply unworthy.
Having said that, we must tolerate because we still want the $$$! :imcool:

Look from another angle, we must learn to take such comments lightly because life is never a bed of roses. So I choose to stay and see who suffers more.
